Refund, cancellation, and withdrawal terms for paid consulting services from AdvanceGrid Software Consulting.
Scope
AdvanceGrid Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 68668748) provides paid programming consulting: project-based software engineering, technical reviews, and implementation support. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for those services when arranged through advancegrid.digital or direct contract.
Business terms below follow common Taiwan distance-selling practice under the Consumer Protection Act where applicable. Specific project contracts may override these defaults when signed; proposed baseline — pending business confirmation.
Seven-day withdrawal (distance contracts)
For consumers who contract at a distance without face-to-face negotiation, Taiwan law provides a seven-day withdrawal period (七日猶豫期) for many goods and services unless an exception applies. You may cancel within seven days of contracting if work has not yet begun with your express consent to start early.
Services already started
If you request immediate commencement and we deliver diagnostic or implementation work within the withdrawal window, the value of services already performed may be deducted from any refund, consistent with Consumer Protection Act exceptions for services rendered with consent.
Project-based consulting fees
Deposits and milestone invoices are identified in your statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Before kickoff: Deposits are refundable minus reasonable administrative costs if you cancel at least five business days before the scheduled start.
- After kickoff: Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Partial completion is billed pro-rata for documented deliverables.
- No-shows: Missed workshops without 48-hour notice may forfeit that session’s prepaid time.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@advancegrid.digital or call +886-2-0000-2209 with your name, contract reference, and reason. We respond within five business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days where practicable.
Disputes
We aim to resolve billing disagreements in good faith. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review logs and deliverables together.
